The stainless steel conical mesh cylinder is welded by several fan-shaped screens, and the fan-shaped screen is formed by rolling stainless steel wire into wedge-shaped screen bars and support bars through special equipment. The screen bars are arranged along the cone generatrix of the screen basket. In order to reduce the blockage of the screen seam, the screen seam needs to be made into a wedge shape.
The screen slot is generally 0.3-1mm, and can also be determined according to user requirements. The Conical centrifuge basket is connected to the main machine with bolts through the holes on the upper flange or lower flange. The screen bars and support bars are wear-resistant non-magnetic stainless steel. Generally, their service life is 3-4 months.
